电子游戏机日常维护

 

一 维护必备工具
1 万用表:日常维护电压,电阻测量必备工具.
2 消磁器:游戏机挪位后磁化消除必备工具.
3 电烙铁,焊锡丝:焊接,更换元件必备工具.
4 扳手,螺丝刀等工具:折卸零部件工具.

二 游戏机日常维护
1 游戏机工作电压应确保在220V±10V范围内,过低会影响视觉效果,过高易损崐坏游戏机电源盒,扫描板,变压器,严重的会导致电脑板损坏.
2 游戏机工作环境应保持通风良好,无潮湿,并定期清除机内尘埃.空气湿度过崐低,会导致部件锈蚀,电脑板电子元件局部短路而烧坏.
3 游戏机室内还应确保无鼠窜入,鼠尿会导致电子元件短路报废.
4 游戏机应放置平稳,避免摇晃振动,以防金属部件或代用币掉落到电子元器崐件上短路烧坏部件.
5 游戏机应避免高压,强磁干扰:电子打火机芯等高压干扰破坏会引起电脑板崐程序失控,严重的会损坏电脑板,店主对玩客应加强监督.
6 电脑板的放置:一般以悬挂为好,应避免与机中的金属部件,螺钉等接触,避崐免使用防静电簿膜,防静电泡沫隔离电脑板,以免短路烧板.
7 定期测量游戏机电脑板蓝插处第一和第三脚间电压,应确保在4.8V~5.3V范崐围内.由于电位器或元器件参数变化而导致电压波动,应定期测量,调整电源盒崐上的+5V旋钮加以校正.过低会定板死机.过高会烧板.
8 扫描板调整:为保持良好的视觉效果还应经常调整扫描板校正,详见扫描板崐              旋钮图.
9 显象管维护:①过高的亮度会缩短显象管使用寿命,应将亮度调到适中.
              ②潮湿会导致显象管高压打火而烧坏扫描板或电脑板.
              ③显象管颜色不纯要用消磁器消磁.

三 电脑板更换步骤
1 先空载开机,测量5V电压调整电源盒+5V旋钮,调低校正到+5V.
2 关机后将电脑板插入蓝插中,注意千万不能插反,否则会引起电脑板烧坏.
3 再开机重新测量蓝插上的+5V电压,此时调高校正到+5V即可.
4 更换电脑板应严格遵循上述步骤安装,否则会因电脑板负载不同而导致+5V崐电压偏高而烧毁电脑板.

   更换电源盒注意事项:                                                                              
  ①+5V,+12V,GND各接线不可接错.
  ②电压开关不可错位.
  ③+5V电压不能调太高.
4 扫描板调整图
    更换扫描板后如果图象倒置可将J  换插到另外一个上.
